National Botanic Gardens of Wales
The National Botanic Garden of Wales located in Llanarthne, is a centre of world significance dedicated to horticulture, conservation, science, education, leisure and the arts.
The 568-acre Garden opened fully on May 24th 2000. The Great Glasshouse (GGH) is the focal point of the National Botanic Garden of Wales.
The Garden of Wales` vision is of a world where we understand, value, use, enjoy and sustain plant life to create a balance of life on earth.
Some amazing areas in the gardens are: Temperate Woods of the World, Moorlands of the Worlds, The Double Walled Garden,The Lakes, The Japanese Garden and The Ice House.
